ABOUT STEPHANIE
As a child and adolescent psychiatry specialist, Stephanie has dedicated her career to serving the needs of children. Living in Solon with her husband and four children, Stephanie is running for Solon School Board to serve as an advocate for every child in our community.
Diversity in the Solon community is a strength, and Stephanie believes that every child deserves quality education based on their unique experiences and backgrounds.
Addressing the needs of individual children and their families will make Solon stronger. Stephanie will work to ensure that every student can realize their full potential.
A PROVEN LEADER
Stephanie is a dedicated community leader and physician. She is a child psychiatrist with years of experience assessing and supporting children with various needs. An excellent communicator and problem solver, she listens to the needs of individuals and collaborates to create solutions that address complex challenges.
A lifelong Ohio resident, Stephanie attended public schools from kindergarten through high school and earned her B.S and M.D. at The Ohio State University. She has held leadership positions at academic universities, publicly funded mental health agencies, and private companies. She also leads a variety of youth activities and organizations in the City of Solon.
As the mother of four active children, Stephanie is an engaged member of the community. She is a Girl Scout troop leader, a Cub Scout den leader and a Youth Innovative Society coach. She is also a team coach and volunteer in Solon Recreation sports including soccer and tee ball. You will also find Stephanie at her children’s activities in Solon including cheer, Taekwondo, dance classes, and lessons with the Solon Arts Center. She and her family proudly support local businesses.

As a graduate of public schools, child psychiatrist and mother of four children, I am deeply invested in the success of Solon Schools.
Solon Schools are a source of pride for the city and the success of our children is dependent on the relationship between the community and the Board of Education. All of our children deserve a top quality education. Academic success and achievement can take many forms. raditionally, academic excellence has been measured in grades and test scores, but achievement and success can take many forms. The future of Solon Schools should continue to focus on the excellence our school district is known for, while embracing new ways we can continue to be a premier school district in Ohio.
